Exploration license for exploitation of Niger uranium

Trendfield Holdings in June 2005 began negotiations between the government of the Republic of Niger and the CNNC for the research and the exploitation of uranium in Niger.

These negotiations led to signing of an exploration license for Niger uranium on Friday July 14, 2006, following ratification by decree from the Niger Council of Ministers that morning.
